 * I am coding a plugin that needs to execute a function when a blog post is made.
   I want it to also execute when a scheduled post becomes active, but not before.

   Is there a simple way to get that working, or do I need to schedule the event
   to happen using wp_schedule_single_event?
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 * Chris
