Execute shortcode in page template

Hi there,

Just need a little help. I’m trying to insert this into a papge template.

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[contact-form-7 id=”115″ title=”Contact form 1″]’); ?>

The button is displayed in the page and when I hover over the button I see the link appear URL/#contact.

But the form shortcode does not execute. What could I do to get this to work?
