# Execute Shortcode in Description

 * Hello,
 * Was just wondering if anyone has managed to add a function code or changes to
   allow execution of shortcodes in the Description of the image.
 * Reason for asking is that I want to add woocommerce buttons to add the image 
   to the cart.

 * Great question. We don’t have shortcode capability in the image descriptions,
   but you can add HTML in the descriptions 🙂 i.e. `<a href="http://www.google.
   com/">Example Link</a>`
