    Hello,

The exclusion list setting is adding white space before and after each entry. And that causes the exclusions to fail. So now there are hundreds of false positives in the Broken Link log. Please fix this, thank you.

    Hi @specialk

    I hope you’re well today!

I’ve checked and I can see that it behaves in unexpected manner. I’ve notified out developers about the issue so they’ll look into it to get it fixed with one of future updates.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @specialk

I hope you are doing well.

We already reported to our developers.

Our team is working on a big plugin update that is under development however, we can’t give an estimated time to release this version or if it includes the fix.

    Best Regards

    Also for this:

“As there was no activity on this ticket for a bit”

That is because I am (still) waiting for you to fix the reported issue.

Hi @specialk, apologies for the confusion there.

Just a note, all our bug reports are tracked internally and status of the WP.org threads doesn’t affect them in any way, so closing the ticket didn’t change anything about the internal report 🙂

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Understood. I am a long time user of this plugin, which has served many people very well for years. It seems that recently development and bug fixes have stalled a bit. I am hoping that things turn around soon.

    Hi @specialk

I understand why it may seem so and I’m sorry that it causes such impression. The plugin is undergoing a serious refactor (code/engine and UI) and that indeed takes time. But I hope we’ll see some nice things soon 🙂

    Kind regards,
    Adam
