Exclusion directory list

    Hi to all, i’ve installed this plugin today, and is a wonderful plugin very easy to configure and get run. But on one of my site, i’ve a problem with directory exclusion. On that site wordpress is the main site, and inside the wordpress folder i’ve an istallation of prestashop. now when i’m trying to back-up manually for testing the correct setup i’ve setted to exclude the directory with prestashop installation, but the back-up engine continue to get some folder inside the prestashop directory.

    Hi Patrick,

    What path did you enter in the General Settings and what is the folder you need to exclude?
    We can check you have inserted it correctly.

    Hi jason, tnx for reply. The folder i need to exclude are store and psdemo, the base folder recognized by plugin is http://www.nobilevet.com/home. The two folder to eclude reside inside that folder.

    The path i’ve tried to enter in generel settings is:

    store/
    psdemo/

    but when i run the backup manually, the store folder is computed inside backup, resulting in an error.

    Have you tried:

    home/store

    Also try without the forward slash at the end.
