 * It would be nice to have an option to ignore “The”, “A” and “An” at the start
   of a post name, for the purpose of alphabetising. Is that something that is possible
   to do?

 * Yep, great plugin, but the above would also be a neat option. I have the plugin
   running on my movie site, with an index of movie reviews. Of course, quite a 
   few movies start with “The” which means the letter T ends up with a lot of entries
   that would probably be best placed by the first letter of the second word of 
   their title.

 * Hi, I would just also like to add that being able to adjust what text is displayed
   in the index would be great.

 * As you can imagine, if people know the reviews are for anime already then it’s
   better to just have the name itself.
