# Excluding users

 * Can I make a newsletter that sends to users matching preference X but NOT having
   preference Y?
    I want to target users for specials but I cna’t tell who’s being
   sent from the plugin. So I would set the user to exclude with a preference Y 
   then send the newsletter, then unset preference Y from them.

 * You probably have a cron problem. See the Newsletter documentation about the 
   delivery engine.
