 * How can I exclude a user role when Subscribe2 sends an email to all registered
   users after a new post is made? version 9.4 I can use plugin inception. Thanks
   in advance.

   Specifically the following hooks:

 * Thank you but this is not useful for the average user. I think this functionality
   should be there in your plugin. Instead you have attempted to incorporate other,
   not as useful functionality. While you have been asked this question several 
   times as a search indicated, you always provide a general vague answer like above.
   If you can provide a hook to do this I would appreciate. Otherwise I will have
   to delete your plugin and go with something else that provides this functionality.
   I would even be willing to pay a small fee to upgrade to a version that offers
   this functionality. However, I do not like the hide and seek game. I am not a
   developer, just a user. What I am asking should be easy for the developer.

 * One could argue that the features of Subscribe2 should be built into WordPress
   but the authors of WordPress would respond with an answer about the API allowing
   such functionality.
 * What you are asking for is possible with Subscribe2. As you seem willing to pay,
   hire yourself a developer and point then to the API to create the solution you
   need.

   functionality and use one that does.
