Excluding posts from main content

Hey guys,

So I’ve just moved to Hueman because it’s got some great sidebar areas, but wanted to do something that I don’t know how to…

Basically, I have a ‘news’ category on my sidebar which shows five posts or so. These are the most recent news posts, which means they also show up in the main content area and is really annoying. Is there any way around it at all?

Cheers! (The website is popculture-y.com, for an idea of my categories etc. I’m still running my old theme because the new one isn’t completely done yet.)
