excluding pages from main menu (5 posts)

    Hi there,

I just installed WP and the functionality and features are terrific.

The only thing I can't find in any tutorial and I can't get the hang of is excluding certain pages from popping up on my top menu. The top menu it seems is taking any page that is created and making a link in the menu. This is okay as I only have 5 or 6 pages.

However when I want to install the e-commerce plug-in it creates 4 new pages and all those pages end up being shown up on the main menu. If I delete any page the shop itself stops working. I was wondering if I would be able to just keep one page from the shop in the menu and "hide" the rest... is this possible? Because right now those 4 extra pages do not flow well with my design at all.

I apologize if this is a repeat topic. I couldn't find it here.

Many themes use the wp_list_pages template tag to list out the pages.

It offers an option to exclude pages.
