Excluding country from EU VAT Tax

Tax calculation depends entirely on WooCommerce, the EU VAT Assistant collects tax information after the VAT has been calculated and applied. If you don’t want to apply VAT to Finland, you should simply remove that country from the list of configured tax rates.
