Excluding Child Posts When Using next_post_link

    @shagdirty

    Hi. I’ve got a custom post type and need to exclude a post’s child posts on the single page when using next_post_link / previous_post_link. I’ve searched up and down here and on the web but no luck. Anyone want to steer me in the right direction?

    thanks

    Hey shagdirty, did you ever get this issue sussed out? Trying to do the same thing, and am coming up short on info.

    nope. I had a finite number of posts so the solution was hard-coded logic to skip those particular two/three child posts. let me know if you end up figuring anything out though.
