Can you check the ‘Point Editors’ field in mycred settings, the capability mentioned in Point Editors field should be assigned to Editor user role for the ‘Exclude point editors’ functionality to work.

Thank you for getting back to me.
Right now it reads: export. The Point Administrators field reads: manage_options.
If I’m understanding you correctly, Editor should be where export currently is, and Administrator should be where manage_options currently is?
Is that correct?

No, those input fields should contain a capability that should be uniquely assigned to the respective user role.
the capability ‘export’ should be assigned to Editor user role. It most probably is not that is why Editor is still collecting points. Please add a capability in that input field which is assigned to Editor user role.

Ah okay, I think I understand now.
I looked into it and it appears that I need to download a plugin that lets me edit user capabilities. Then I need to add the capability of “export” to the Editor user role.
Is that correct?
EDIT: The last line in your reply just clicked. Which Editor capability would you suggest that I use?
Second EDIT: I just replaced “export” with “delete_others_pages” and everything works. Is that okay or should I use another one?

It should be ok, just to be 100% sure please test (getting points) from all user roles atleast once.
