Hi @asdfghjkot,
First, check if the issue is being caused by a plugin/theme conflict.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Let us know how it goes.
I tried the conflict test and nothing happened. When I tried excluding a wc defined status (ie: wc-pending) it worked, before, during, and after the conflict test. But when I tried to exclude a custom status, it doesn’t exclude the status that I tried to remove from the analytics.
Hi @asdfghjkot,
To consolidate the threads, I’ll mark this thread as resolved in favor of the more recent one you created on the same topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/exclude-custom-status-not-working-in-analytics/
You’re welcome to create another thread if you have other questions.
Thanks.
