 * Hi guys,
 * Do we need to check the box to exclude a specific category in the plugin’s “Excluded
   items” block, or are the categories listed there automatically excluded from 
   the sitemap?
 * Can someone please help me in understanding this?

 * Hello, you do need to check them. Remember, you can check your sitemap after 
   saving changes to make sure everything is working as you desire.
