Support » Plugin: Auto Post Scheduler » Exclude year?

  • Great plugin, I use it successfully on multiple sites.

However when it comes to recycling…

    How to exclude a year?

How to recycle posts just month and a half in past?

I wrote a whole calendar to include mart 2019 and exclude mart 2018 and back, and it refused to understand.

Dude, this plugin is awesome but this made me go crazy and hateful. How can something be so stupid…

A random year? Like any year? 2011? Well you can hook into the APS code ‘aps_recycle_query’ and adjust the WP_Query arg date parameters.

    >How to recycle posts just month and a half in past?

Only recycle posts exactly 45 days ago? Hook into the code as above.

I don’t understand. What is Mart?

First of all thank you for your reply.

So I have years old blog and I am posting a lot of posts every day.

Sometimes new batch of posts is not ready in time.

While I work on new batch I would like auto post scheduler to recycle only posts from last batch, which is like only half of this month and last half of last month.

How can I enable March 2019 posts to be recycled and exclude March 2018,2017….?

Or in another words, how can I set it to recycle only posts 30 days in past?

…And that programming you posted made me feel like dying while trying to understand.

    So is there hope?

    Thank you.

Yes for customizations like that with APS you will need custom code.
The premium version I’m working on will have this ability but is not available yet.

    Thanks
