Exclude tags from related posts

The best way to match a related post (for me) is using tags. But the problem is that In my site, the posts that have videos are tagged with “video”.

So, can I exclude the use of “video” from tags?

Or maybe an idea of how to let user have a video section without using this tag (so I can remove it)
