Exclude Super RSS Reader widget?

    Hi

    I am using your widget for my site and I am quite satisfied with it, at least in comparison to others I have tried, but there is a problem I have with the Super RSS Reader widget, because it caches the news it pulls for days.

    I know one can exclude pages, but is there any way not to cache the content of this widget so the news updates – for a non-coder?
