 * Hello,
 * Currently I’m using two post formats (standard post and aside). I’d like to hide
   asides from my popular post widget. Is there a possibility?

 * Hi there!
 * Currently, WPP doesn’t offer this kind of functionality. It might be included
   on a future version, though.
 * For the time being, there’s no workaround for that. I can try and take a look
   and -if I find a way to do it- post here how to.

 * Hello,
 * First thank you for such a great plugin!
 * Somewhat of the same question. Is there a way to hide a specific post type from
   the WPP widget (for example, hide all pages and only show posts)?

 * [@ispadmin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ispadmin/) yep!
    - If you’re using the widget, use the _Post type_ field under _Filters_ and
      set it to _post_.
    - If you’re using either the [wpp_get_mostpopular() template tag](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/2.-Template-tags#wpp_get_mostpopular)
      or the [[wpp] shortcode](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/1.-Using-WPP-on-posts-&-pages),
      use the _post\_type_ parameter.

 * That’s exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much!
