Turns out I need to choose ‘Pages’ first and wait around 5 seconds since I have around 60 pages.

I have excluded the https://exacoat.com/link page only, but it wont appear as well on my homepage. Other page the pop up appeared.

    Dear @shandysut,

    Thank you for the topic.

We have checked and noticed that it normally works on the homepage on our end.
Also, we have checked and noticed that you enabled the Show popup only once option (Popup Box plugin > Popups > Limitation Users tab).
Most presumably, you have already used the popup somewhere, that is why it is not being opened for you on the homepage.

So, please untick the Show popup only once option and check this case again.

    Thank you.

    Hi Jasmine,

Sorry, I changed the option earlier just because I need it to show on the homepage.

I have other more important problem:
My pop up is meant for a language selector, so for example if i visit
    https://exacoat.com
It will show 2 button which is english (exacoat.com) and indonesian (exacoat.com/id)

If I choose english, the pop up keep appearing indefinitely, even though I’ve enabled the pop up to show only once.

This happen to almost all of our visitors, and I realized the 80% drop in sales because they are stuck between the pop up.

But strangely sometimes it works just fine, sometimes it became looped.

Is this a known bug? I could provide a staging site if you want.

    Dear @shandysuta,

    Thank you for your reply.

At the moment, unfortunately, there is no such kind of functionality available in the plugin.

By the way, thank you very much for your suggestion.
All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.

We will let you know in case we make some changes in this regard and add this kind of feature in one of the future updates.

    Thank you.
