# Exclude Specific Dates

 * Is there a way to prevent auto posting for a specific date in the future?
 * I am using the plugin to auto post an events CPT onto a calendar that rotates
   events every 10 days, but we are closed on holidays such as July 4th so I don’t
   want it to auto post any posts on that day.
 * Any way this is possible?

 * Currently no. WordPress cron just works on number of seconds elapsed and I’d 
   have to program something on the front end to skip certain dates.
 * Can you log in before the 4th and just disable the scheduler until you’re open
   again?
