Exclude Sites

I know it’s late, but you can make a site non-public (just uncheck the box) or you can use the mature checkbox to exclude a site.

The query for the sites is just looking for public and non-mature (archived, deleted and spam sites are filtered out too, but this makes no sense for staging).
