Rather it displays the shortcode itself before and after the content. * Rather than using shortcodes is there another way to implement the exclude feature? Is that the “Show tooltip when the user hovers over the term” setting on the Tooltip tab? However we want tooltips throughout the website, except in specific areas, which we have wrapped with the plugin’s [glossary_exclude] shortcode. * We have wrapped strong testimonial posts with this shortcode but the tooltips are still showing. That works for me. * Or are you wrapping the `[testimonial_view]` shortcode with `[glossary_exclude]`? If you’re using site caching via plugin or web host, clear those too. * Where is the `[testimonial_view]` shortcode? In a page or sidebar widget or a page builder element?
