Exclude scripts folder from Autoptimize

    hi, there is any way to exclude a folder with scripts (not just a .js file) from Autoptimize?

    ps: i ask becasue my theme allready concatenate and minify js from theme, but with files like bc3c4d1b444b30abf7cbd17c89e5ca63.js and the name will be change when i clear the cache.
