Exclude products categories (woocommerce)

    Hello,

    After searching for a while I found this plugin which has exactly the functionality I was hoping for- with the one exception of being able to exclude product categories.

    For instance on my shop on the site I am building I have an archive of sold items, and I would like to exclude the product category museum-sold from being suggested, so that when someone lands on an archived/sold product they can see suggestions at the bottom that only draw from currently available store stock.

    The site is being built, and currently an example of a sold/archived product with your plugin running is here: http://3test.getasax.com/product/king-zephyr-special-tenor/

    The first product suggested is indeed the best match (nice!) but it is also a sold product, which I would like to avoid recommending.

    Any chance this can be done?

    Close! But I want to exclude a particular product category- museum(sold)- from being suggested.

    In other words, I want users to be able to have a customer view a archived sold item (where they usually arrive via google) and be given suggestions on similar items that are still for sale only.

    You’ve got a nice exclusion box for post categories:

    But it doesn’t allow product categories. If it allowed product categories, my problem would be solved.

    Hi,

    The Product categories are a custom taxonomy. It’s something I will add in CRP Taxonomy during it’s next round of updates.

    The exclusion features are a bit more complicated to handle with the current code
