    Hi,
    for some good reasons I have a few products marked as status “private” regarding visibility for the public….and this private products should be excluded from the export.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @golfball-uhu, thanks for asking. Products marked as Private should be excluded by default unless you intentionally wish them to be included via the Filter Products by Status option. If this is not the case please let me know and I’ll get this looked at right away 🙂

    Unfortunatelly the private products are getting included into the CSV and are getting transfered to my affiliate partner…that´s why I´m writing to you :-(.

    So any advise would be appreciated.

    I’m on it Rene. You can find the Filter Products by Status within the Product Filters section on the WooCommerce > Store Export > Quick Export screen.

    I did the update…the problem seems to be solved…thx a lot for your quick feedback and your fix of the problem.

    Ahhh ok..filter by status…means include status private…now I get it :-).

    One last question..is it possible to exclude a certain product or brand/category…something like that?

    Hi @golfball-uhu, sorry I don’t get notifications for resolved topics. We don’t offer exclusion filtering but since it’s typcially just a simple WP_Query switch for include/exclude I’ll see what I can do! We can filter by Brand and Category so most of the work is already done.

    (please create separate topics on w.org for different questions, it means quicker responses to Plugin questions)

    ah ok…sorry..I didn´t realize the topic was marked as resolved.

    exclude by brand/category would do the trick in my case…hope you´ll find a solution…thx.

    Hi @golfball-uhu, just keeping you in the loop. I’ve added a include/exclude switch to the Filter Products by Product option and will now work on Categories and Brands then push the change to both the free and Pro Plugins. It might not happen today due to the volume of support tickets related to WC 3.8
