Exclude Previously Displayed Posts

for the peoples are asking about this question, i can say it is working. you just need to know the id=”featured post id here” of your featured post, use the firebug or developer tool to check whats the id of your featured post. and in the option Exclude post id ____________ put your id that you want to exclude, and then dont forget to put 1 on the field of number of post to offset.
