 * Hi, I did my search but couldn’t find a clear answer on how to exclude specific
   plugins from Lightspeed Cache. In my case, my cookie consent pop-up only appears
   in admin view. I know there are sections for this in the Lightspeed plugin, but
   I couldn’t figure out what and where I should write to exclude the plugin called“
   Illow – Cookies Consent.”

 * because it doesn’t work that way , cache is per page basis , you can not easily
   exclude a “plugin” from it
 * and please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report ->
   click “send to LiteSpeed”
