    Hi I have installed this plugin. I also use a separate customiser for Woocommerce. This plug in adding the header and footer to the Woocommerce emails, is there a way to stop this?

    I notice there is a pinned support post asking the same however, the code in the support ticked isn’t working.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Barry

  • @pinkfizzsocial Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    At the moment this feature is not available in our plugins and due to upgrades in PHP and Plugin seems like the code is also not working properly, I will try to add this feature in our plugin’s future release.

    Thanks

    @pinkfizzsocial

    We have updated our plugin and fixed some minor issues, you can download the latest plugin from here.

    Thanks

    Do I need to still enter the woo commerce code to exclude it?
    This isn’t adding the option to Appearance. So I am unable to customise or see it.

    When I click on Open Email Composer in the plugin, it takes me to the composer but none of your settings are there. The customiser actually takes me to the Kadence Woocommerce Customiser instead of Email Template. When I load the ‘real’ plugin I get the correct menus.

    Is this something to replace Kadence and is it just for woo commerce as I can’t see any of the styling for the standard emails like in the current version?

    It also makes the site fall over when installed with the current version

    Error Details
    =============
    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 16 of the file /var/www/vhosts/pinkfizz.social/demo76853425.pinkfizz.social/wp-content/plugins/email-templates-final/includes/class-mailtpl.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Mailtpl, because the name is already in use

    @pinkfizzsocial

    You can downgrade the version and in meantime let me test it also it seems like conflicts with the Kadence plugin.

    let me reproduce this.

    Thanks

    A lot of the kadence options appear in your new version is that intentional that in 2.0 you can customise Woocommerce emails if so I can transfer over to using just email templates but still need to customise wp emails.

    are you using Kadence email customizer also?

    I am yes, but I could probably migrate if your new plug in does the same.

    I am using Kadence which is why I wanted Email Templates to ignore Woocommerce.

    @pinkfizzsocial

    No, then it will not work, Kadence is also an Email Customizer plugin and it will create conflicts with our plugin you have to use anyone.

    If I stopped using Kadence and look at your v2.0 where have the options gone for the standard wpmail?

    @pinkfizzsocial You have to use anyone plugin and I gave you the BEta version which has new features but still we are working on it and we will release the official version soon.

    Thanks

    @pinkfizzsocial

    We have released the latest version with woo commerce template design option; you can test it and let me know.

    Thanks
