 * I want to use thumbnails, but I don’t want to choose a featured image as a thumbnail
   as it didn’t fit as thumbnails and doesn’t look well.
 * can we force the plugin to choose images from post content and not choose the
   featured images?

 * Not currently, is there a reason the featured image doesn’t work for the thumbnail?
 * Only one option is to set the specific image you want to use in the Metabox and
   that will be used for the related post.
