Exclude Dynamic URL from restriction

    Hi There ! I have problem with exclusion of url.
    I want to exclude Page : “example”. Which have dynamic url like “example/?d=ChangingValue” at the end.
    How to exclude this url ?
    Kindly Help ! Thanks in advance !
