    how can I exclude and stop new members registration from specific countries?
   Is this possible at all?
 * For example, I don’t want to get overrun by new members from countries like India
   which would increase and outgrow my capacities like memory_limit etc.

 * I think some specific WP plugins exists for that.
 * Memory limit and number of member are not related.
