Exclude comments on posts in certain category from Recent Comments

Creating a new ‘section’ within the website – so far I have a new Page for the ‘category – new section’ that is pulling in all posts in ‘new section’ category.
I have used a plugin to exclude category ‘new section’ from the Recent Posts widget (wp core)
I have created a new Recent Posts widget for just this category.

Now the problem I am having is how to exclude this category from the Recent Comments widget? And then how to make a recent comments widget that only has this category – posts comments in it.

And then how to exclude the posts in this category from the main site ‘blog’ page?
