 * While I can hide certain fields from showing in the Edit form. Once I click on
   edit all the fields show up. How do I hide certain fields in the popup editor
   window from the user.

 * Ok I found the answer using the filter: ‘cdbt_shortcode_custom_forms’ and hiding
   the elements I don’t want to show..
