Exclude certain shipping class instead of adding the rest

Hi,

Thank you for this great plugin!

I understand that we can add shipping classes for the shipping method, but is it possible to exclude one particular class instead of adding all the rest of the classes?

Also, for the shipping dimensions, it seems that the plugin added up the total dimensions even for 2 or more similar items that can be stacked together. eg. an item with 10x10x2, for 2 such items, it seems to be using 20x20x4 instead of seeing them as 10x10x4. And this easily cross over to the next higher shipping rate. Is there any solution for this?
