Exclude category from the home page, and only it just displays

    Hello!
    I have knowledge of English, unfortunately, not at a high level.

    Put plugin Simply Exclude, Version 2.0.6.2. But I have a slightly unusual situation …

    Website WordPress version 3.9.1. On the main page, a static page and worth recording not found in the home, but on a separate page type http://domen/news/. Wanted to hide some of the publication records, adding them to the directories that the plugin Simply Exclude ban to publish in a tape blog.
    Did so. Created a test record, added to that section in the plugin forbidden to publish (Front / Home).
    Turn at http://domen/news/, and there are only a record with headings which forbade. All others who are not prohibited in the plugin are not displayed. The opposite happened …

    Can you please tell how to solve the issue.

    I found the reason. In the plugin settings default directories were open…

    I’m not sure I follow your last reply “In the plugin settings default directories were open”. Can you please explain what you found if this is something within the Simply-Exclude plugin.

    The point in this parameter. The default setting was so. When I changed it was working correctly, not vice versa. <a
