# Exclude album doesn't work

 * I purchased the PRO version and was trying to exclude several albums from not
   appearing. I followed the following instruction but it’s still not working.
 * _If the album link(URL) is [http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.number1.number2.number3&#8230](http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.number1.number2.number3&#8230);
   then the ID is number1 which should be put in this field._
 * Please help!

    For pro version support contact directly via email. This forum is for free
   version’s support only.
 * However, check if there’s any wp cache enabled which you may need to clear.
    
   Also you can send me the admin access via email, I’ll check
