• [ We’d love to get paid support if possible. How do I get one? ]

    – We have WordPress installed in Root directory (w3 cache plugin installed here)and we have a Non-WordPress software installed into sub directory Root/helpdesk
    – W3 cache plugin caches that folder as well and creates a problem when user logs in or logs out, they have to refresh the page after login or logout.
    – I tried page cache > advanced > Never cache the following pages: but its not working.

How do I get a specific, non-wordpress folder excluded from being cached?

Any help on this would be really appreciated.
