    Hi,

    I downloaded the “Contact Form Builder for WordPress – Conversion Tools by HubSpot” plugin. Every time I try to connect the plugin to my HubSpot account as prompted, it takes me to a blank page (still in WordPress back office). When I click the “connect the plugin now” link in the prompt again, it simply refreshes the blank page. It doesn’t matter if the plugin is installed from the Hubspot website of if it’s installed from the plugin page installation. The HubSpot page listing on the left menu in the back office still has an exclamation point beside it. Any suggestions or advice?

    That link leads me back to a WordPress login window. My HubSpot login doesn’t work there.

    Yes, you will need to login into your wordpress admin account (using your wordpress credentials), after that it should redirect you to the plugin login page

    It’s a blank screen within the WP dashboard, still showing the exclamation point at the Hubspot plugin. When I go to the plugins and click to ‘connect the plugin now’ it goes back to the blank white window. Nothing happens.

    Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the white screen on the wordpress admin page at alortega@hubspot.com. Any addition information like the console log output in the firefox developer tool could help us solving the issue for you.

    After troubleshooting this issue with @middlejoe. We confirm ir is working now. It was do to certain site protections in firefox that was blocking HubSpot cookies.

    Hi. I am having the same issue and have tweaked my cookie settings on multiple browsers and tried disabling my plug-ins. Can you please assist?
