    I need urgently a little bit help with my coupon codes.
 * I want to exchange the inputed coupon code against another code.
 * example: customer input the number 1234
    woocommerce search for abc1234, in case
   of no match: create the coupon.

 * This would definitely require customization since core does not allow this. There
   is a validation function in core to see if a coupon exists; you can programmatically
   return a different coupon or create a new one there, but it does require custom
   code.
 * To implement this, if you’ve not a developer, you may want to look into jobs.
