Excessive MySQL Queries

I have numerous sites that, according to the Console in Google Chrome are executing around 50 MySQL queries, from the front end, upon page load. These are primarily from Plugins so I’m wondering if anyone can advise me on how to reduce these queries?

I was thinking there may be a Plugin out there that has the ability to pre-process, minify and combine all MySQL queries on/before page load.

I have one site in particular that is operating unacceptably slow as a result but there simply aren’t any more Plugins I can disable without compromising the functionality of the website.
