 * Hi I am very new to using wordpress so I apologise in advance for my lack of 
   knowledge.
    I want to change the background colour of my blog post excerpts so
   they stand out individually. If that’s not possible, can I put a border around
   each excerpt. I am using the tempera theme. Could someone please advise if this
   is possible and how I can do it. Thanks
