excerpt_more_link does not work

Thanks for the great plugin and tutorials.

Unfortunately, one function seems to not work correctly.
First, no matter what I put into excerpt_more=”Read more”, it always shows “…”.
Second, excerpt_more_link=”true” does not work at all.

If it matters, this is the full code I am using:
[display-posts post_type=”page” post_parent=”5″ image_size=”medium” excerpt_more_link=”true” excerpt_more=”Read more” include_author=”true” include_excerpt=”true” include_excerpt_dash=”false” excerpt_length=”75″ wrapper=”div” wrapper_class=”display-posts-listing image-left” include_title=”true” exclude_current=”true”]

Tried multiple combinations but always the same issue, sadly. Could you please help?
