In a blog with featured images and excerpts, the image is a link while the excerpt is text-only. I want to add a read more link under the excerpt. How can I do this?

Edit: When I look at https://wpastra.com/docs/blog-archive/#blog-post-content I see a Read more link under the excerpt. How can I make this work on my site?

Second edit: I’m afraid it was a colour setting, after changing some setting in the customizer the read more did show up…
