I have the excerpt characters set at 300, but no matter how I set them, they are cut off.

I also have plenty of heights selected: General Height of items = 500px.

I have some custom css applied:
.wa_chpcs_slider_title {
text-align: center;
font-weight: 400;
font-family: “Source Sans Pro”,sans-serif;
margin-top: 20px;
}

.wa_chpcs_foo_con {
text-align: center;
font-weight: 400;
font-family: “Source Sans Pro”,sans-serif;
margin-top: 10px;
}

Why is the text now wrapping to the container? Thank you for your help

@seecue Please, make sure to increase the height of the items from the settings to the size of the contents. Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I have the height setting quite high — more than enough for the content. The text does not wrap, as you can see from the screen shot. It gets cut off, right in the middle of a character.

I de-activated the plugin, fooled around with a couple of other plugins, went back to this one and the formatting is now working! I don’t know if it was a plugin conflict. I will open a separate ticket regarding preserving HTML tags in manual exerpts.
