Excerpt not showing set image size

    Im trying to do two things with this plugin that arent working.

    1. I’ve used the shortcode, as I’m pulling feeds from many different blogs at different sites, and the excerpt is not showing. I’ve set it to ‘give me everything,’ and still nothing is showing.

    2. I want all the images to be the same size. I’ve set them to a max size now, but then they get pulled and look weird. Is there a way to set the image box to a fixed size (say 260×200) and make the image be cut to fit into it?

    Hi Allen, I’m using about 12 different RSS feeds from either blogg.no or wordpress.

    ok…first of, here is the shortcode on my web site (on hostgator) pulling in one of your feeds just fine (shows the excerpt as expected) with the images set at the same (default) size. I’m not sure what’s happening on your server if you can’t get the shortcode to show the content since the plugin appears to be working as expected.

    Hi Allen! I managed to fix the excerpt problem, thank you!!

    Now the thing I’m wondering about is the images. I want them to not stretch, but crop. I’ve tried installing the Ajax plugin to resize all thumbnails to crop instead of stretch, but it isn’t finding the thumbnails in your plugin. Most of the plugins are not featured images that might be why.

    Do you have any other solution to this? You can see what I mean here!

    here’s the thing…the image that gets used (unless it is a featured image), is not residing on your server…its linked to the original image…thus you can change the width, etc, but not crop it. That is possible using it as a featured image, since now it is an image in your library.
