Excerpt Length not changing

    I have increased the excerpt length to 10000 but it has not changed it on the front end.
    also where does the […] link to once it has cut it off on 30 words?

    Hi Crunchy Lemon,

    Excerpt length measured by word not character. Keep excerpt length in between 100. Then, it will work.

    At the end you will not get any link. You can use button for the link.

    Hi there
    it does not work either when i make the length 99 – it is cutting off the description after 26 words
    some of my project descriptions are quite long – is there a way this can be fixed?

    Hi,

    I have checked it in my site and it is working as I’m giving excerpt length. May be somehow your theme is controlling the excerpt length using any function. Without having look into your admin panel it is difficult to say anything.

    I’m not sure about this! If the problem is due to this plugin, then I can solve it. But, if the problem is due to your theme, then I can’t. Cause, for this I need the access in your WP admin panel. There I have to thoroughly check your theme functions, which is time consuming. Currently, I’m very busy with my other works. You better try some other plugins.
