# Excerpt Help

 * Hey, I’m trying to have it so my main page displays what is in the “excerpt” 
   and then when they click onto the indivisual post page it will have different
   content.
 * IE. main page has an image, when you click on the image and go to the individual
   page there is a flash video with a description underneath.
 * Any direction or hints or links to resources on this would be greatly appreciated.

 * I’m using 2.6 and I just need a little direction on how to get the main page 
   to only display the excerpts, and I doubt I have to modify the individual page
   since the excerpt won’t show up there.
