# Excerpt Height Issue

 * Hi, I’m using the threat to creativity theme and I want to change the size of
   the excerpts on the homepage. I changed the width and height from .post { in 
   style.css and for some reason the height does not change, only the width. Can
   anyone help please? thank you very much.

 * this is the [site](http://howtootorials.co.cc/)where i use the theme by default
   this theme shows 3 columns of excerpts, so i increased the width and now it shows
   2. I also wanted to increase the height to make them squares.thank you

    Change this:
 *     ```
       .bg {
       height:185px;
       ```
   
 * To this:
 *     ```
       .bg {
       height:300px;
       ```
