Support » Plugin: Void Elementor Post Grid Addon for Elementor Page builder » Excerpt contains Elementor default navmenu

Hi, I have recently created website for our client. It is only a microsite, so I don’t want to waste my time, cause I’ve already run out of budget.

You can see on the homepage, that the void is creating excerpts, that include navigation menu.
Is there any chance, that I could write only class or ID to some element and the grid would ignore it? Or modify the plugin little bit? Don’t want to use scripts or php to run the code and delete specific chars etc. I run out of budget, so any quick fix would be awesome.

    Any help appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello
Could you explain more clearly what you want to do?
If it’s a custom css yes you can use custom css such as hide excerpts and all! But please do let us know more clearly what you want to do

    Thanks

    Hi.

“You can see on the homepage, that the void is creating excerpts, that include navigation menu.”

This is my problem. I don’t want to hide excerpts.
I’ve created my template, where I’m using “default navbar” element.
Your plugin somehow includes menu items and post titles in excerpts. You can see it on the homepage. This string “Domů Dlouhé svatební šaty Krátké svatební šaty Šaty pro plnoštíhlé Šaty pro svatební matku” is in every excerpt, so as the title of the post.

I didn’t modify the plugin, so there has to be some sort of bug with function, that is taking the text from target post.

I thought it could be a problem for a few other people, so I want to resolve it here for me and the others. 🙂 It’s rly nice and easy plugin.

    Hello!
Check in your post if you have given custom excerpt anywhere. As you know in wp post you can give custom excerpt to be shown : https://www.mhthemes.com/support/files/2014/07/Custom_Excerpts.png
Probably your theme / you have added custom exeprt that’s why it’s being shown there in the front end ! Check and let us know . ( or you could send us the access of the wp through : support@voidthemes.com
    Thanks
